Common Uses
Pre-Conception:
Contains 500 mcg of folic acid, which may help to prevent neural tube defects such as spina bifida and/or anencephaly, if taken daily for at least one month before conception and during pregnancy

Pregnancy:
Rich source of omega-3 DHA to help support healthy development of the brain, eyes & nervous system
Iodine assists with normal brain development
Vitamin D contributes to development of healthy bones & teeth
Vitamin C helps support healthy gums and skin
Folic acid supports healthy placenta growth & development of the foetus
Low constipation iron is gentle on the digestive system
