Healthy, Glowing Complexion: A radiant complexion is a sign of skin health. Vitamin C supports healthy skin function and structure, as well as the formation of collagen and elastin, which contribute to firm, supple skin.
Skin Barrier Function: The skin barrier is necessary to help protect against skin dehydration and the effects of the environment. Vitamins A and C are important in maintaining healthy skin barrier function.
Collagen: Contains collagen sourced from fresh water fish.
Healthy Antioxidant Activity: The antioxidant properties of grape seed and vitamin C help protect against free radical damage. Grape seed contains high levels of procyanidins, a naturally occurring antioxidant.

WARNING: If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.

WARNING: When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Derived from seafood.

Directions
ADULT DOSAGE:

Two capsules daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
