Growth & Development: Formulated with folic acid, iodine, zinc, nicotinamide, vitamins B1, B12, D and omega-3 DHA, to help support healthy growth and development of the foetus.

Brain, Eye & Nervous System Support: The benefits of supplementing the diet with omega-3 DHA during pregnancy have been well researched. Swisse Pregnancy + Ultivite contains Tuna oil, a rich source of DHA, important for healthy development of the baby's brain, eyes and nervous system. Iodine is also included to support physical and mental development.

Folic Acid: Formulated with 500mcg of folic acid, which if taken daily for one month before conception and during pregnancy may reduce the risk of having a child with a neural tube defect.

Energy Production: B group vitamins are necessary for the metabolism of food into energy to assist with energy production and vitality.

Antioxidant Support: Vitamin C and selenium act as antioxidants to help protect against potential free radical damage.

Bones & Teeth: Vitamin C, magnesium and vitamin D help in the development and maintenance of bones, cartilage, teeth and gums.
