Symptoms of the common cold include sore throat, nasal congestion & runny nose, sneezing and coughing.
It also helps support a healthy immune system by increasing white blood cell (leukocyte) production as well as activating immune cells called phagocytes.
White blood cells are involved in defending the body against microorganisms and phagocytes engulf and digest microbes and other foreign bodies.
