Fenugreek has been traditionally used for many years in medicine, including in Ayurvedic, Chinese and Western Herbal Medicine. In Western Herbal Medicine in particular, Fenugreek has shown to be useful when wanting to increase breast supply in breastfeeding women and to help relieve excess mucous from mild upper respiratory passages.
